Android devices
Compatible versions: Android 4+ If you are monitoring an Android device, capturing incoming instant messages works on rooted devices only. You need physical access to the device to install mSpy.
No-jaibreak version
Compatibile with any version of iOS. You need to have iCloud credentials (Apple ID & Password). Physical access is required if iCloud backup isn't activated on monitored device or 2-factor/2-step verification is enabled.
Jailbreak version
