Hi, I’ve got mspy connected to my childs mobile and it sent updates for a week but then stopped. At the same time their Snapchat changed from doing updates frequently to only when they were using it, and then quite infrequently.
I checked their settings, and nothing has changed in mspy, and the Snapchat is set to “always on” location share.
The only thing that has changed is that they have a “dual sim” (i.e. two sim cards) – as one is an unlimited data only sim we found them, the other is their phone / text which is part of a family deal (the data on it is too expensive).
We do get updates from mSpy – but only their text / call history, and information about the device (battery, last connected etc). We are no longer getting any GPS or key logs.
I dont think they are changing any settings – so I dont know why its not working, unless the dual sim mobile data is causing a problem.
Any ideas?

Did you find a solution because I have the same problem. It stopped working. I was told to uninstall. I have uninstalled twice an reinstalled and it doesn’t work. My subscription will nlt bw renewed. Emailed support and receive the same response reinstall, makes no sense.
